“Boom! Do you like the sound of this
trumpet?” asked Ernie.
“No, can you not make that noise? You are
so noisy!” said Bert.
“Oh Bert, calm down. I could play a song to
help you sleep.” said Ernie.
“Boom! Boom!” went the trumpet.
“Stop! Where did you find this trumpet?”
Bert asked.
“I found this trumpet in the music store.
It is good right?” wondered Ernie.
“It is not good. You play it too loud so I can
not sleep.” Bert answered.
“OK. Now, I’ll play a song with my trumpet.
This song is Beethoven’s Ode to Joy. It’s good!” Ernie said.
“Si Si Do Re… …” played Ernie.
Bert couldn’t answer because he was
sleeping.
